Meng Kee Mushroom Minced Meat Noodle
Ok, this mee pok stall is located as the same famous Zhong Zhong wuxian xia pin stall at the coffee shop near the former McPherson Jackson coffee shop (now become condominium). The mee pok is the bak chor type and the liow given is pretty generous. The noodles are quire QQ, chili ok (nothing special but passable), soup are quite tasty. I like the teochew soup dumpling – it is quite well done and tsasty. Overall not bad ! 6.5 / 10
If you are craving for abalone – you can order added abalone slices. Bu my advice is always wiser to buy a can of abalone from supermart and cut it from home and bring to the coffee shop and add to the noodles more worth it ! haha. Because there is no diff whether they add the abalone by the uncle or yourself – they taste the same. The diff is $$$$.
