Tian Wai Tian Fishhead Steamboat (Ang Mo Kio)
I am not sure whether they are related to the outlet at Serangoon Road (original). What I know is this stall has leijie (troublesome) to get parking lot, find a seat and cleaner environment. The standard is as good as the one at Serangoon. So there is no reason I do not bring my family here for my favourite food.
Avoid going during peak hour, try 8pm will be very relax to have a wonderful meal.
We order the medium size pomfret steamboat – fish slice are very generous with many very yummy yam. Soup base is very nice and cooked for many hours.
Our favourite dish is the salted egg spare ribs. Strongly recommended.
The kang kong is very nice too, not over cook and the balanchan chili is marvelous.
We also ordered samba sotong (so so only) and the prawn omelet.
Total bill :$72.
