I went to Lor 5 Toa Payoh hawker centre to eat the fishball.  I saw a long queue waiting at this stall and curious people queing must be something good.  When I went near the stall, I saw the price and that explained why the queue was formed : chicken rice at $2 / plate is not easy to find these days.

I decided to give it a miss as from the look of the stall, the roasted chicken does not looks that interesting.  Then I saw a lady bought a plate of fried chicken wings which I believed is like 8 pieces.  The smell of the chicken wing was so nice that I could not resist and bought some home.

Wow, this must be one of the best fried chicken wings I ever have.  Crispy outside (not sure what type of secret flour they used/ mixed) and juicy inside which you can taste a good mix of ingredients / herbs.  If you like, fried chicken wings – don’t miss this stall.  Worth the wait (the uncle chopping the chicken has the slow motion like the MATRIX movie…extremely slow…don’t how he trained to be able to chop the chicken with such a tortoise speed).
