This char kway tiow stall must be top 5 char kway tiow you can get from Spore. Top of my list is still Hill Street CKY at bedok hawker centre.
The texture is smooth and the dark sweet sauce and the wetness of the noodles is just about right.
Very generous of hum (cockles) and lak cheong.
