Xiu Ji Ikan Bilis Yong Tau Fu (秀记江鱼仔酿豆腐)
This stall is too famous that I need not write too much as they receive so many food reviews. I decided to give it a try despite every time I skip the stall due to the long queue.
You can’t choose the stuff as it is standard. The dried beehoon will only add the ikan bilis to go with the soup that fill with fishball tau kee, tau pok and beancurd. Overall, I quite like the food as it is quite cheng cheng (ie not oily). Soup is very nice too and they are very generous in giving the ikan bilis (it will be nice if they can remove the heads). Try their fried fish cake which is freshly made.
